At Mission Church, we believe children are a gift from God, and that parents, have the incredible responsibility to guide them in faith. Our Child Dedication Ceremony is a special time for parents to publicly commit to raising their child to find and follow Jesus.
Dedicating your child is more than a moment—it’s a commitment. Parents who participate must:
✔ Be saved and have a personal relationship with Jesus.
✔ Have gone public with their faith through baptism.
✔ Partner with Mission Church by:
1. Gathering consistently with the Church – Building a family rhythm of engaging with the church.
At Mission Kids, everything we do is built around our Discipleship Pathway; a simple and intentional guide designed to help kids find and follow Christ. This pathway shapes how we create lessons, plan activities, and engage in meaningful conversations with your child each week.
Child Dedication is the beginning of this journey, and we see it as a partnership with parents. We invite you to bring this same rhythm into your home by using the Discipleship Pathway as a framework for talking about faith, practicing God’s Word together, and nurturing your child’s growing relationship with Jesus, not just at church, but in everyday life.
