At Mission Church, we believe children are a gift from God, and that parents, have the incredible responsibility to guide them in faith. Our Child Dedication Ceremony is a special time for parents to publicly commit to raising their child to find and follow Jesus.

Your Commitment As A Parent

Dedicating your child is more than a moment—it’s a commitment. Parents who participate must:

✔ Be saved and have a personal relationship with Jesus.
✔ Have gone public with their faith through baptism.
✔ Partner with Mission Church by:

1. Gathering consistently with the Church – Building a family rhythm of engaging with the church.
2. Growing Spiritually – Deepening your relationship with God.
3. Going Missionally – Striving to live out the Great Commission as a family.

This meaningful event includes:

✔ Biblical teaching on parenting and faith.
✔ A special time of prayer over your child and family.
✔ Celebration with friends and family.
✔ Refreshments and tour of Mission Kids.

Child Dedication will be on Saturday, November 1st at Mission Church. Arrival at 4:00pm, the ceremony will begin at 4:15pm. We invite you and your guests to a short reception with light finger foods before the 5:00pm service. During this reception, the dedication ceremony will take place, giving us a special time of fellowship and celebration together before worship begins.
