The Friday 5 : Kyle Goerschler

The Friday 5 : Kyle Goerschler

Each week we are highlighting someone at Mission who will answer 5 questions! Our church may be growing, but getting to know your neighbors should never be hard to do.

Kyle Goerschler

The Facts: I own a chiropractic practice, Inertia Health Center, in Rolling Meadows. We impact lives every day and I feel blessed to be able to do something I love. As a former college baseball player, I absolutely love the White Sox. I'm a dog person, and like camping but don't go nearly enough. Cooking is a lot of fun for me; I love to experiment & get creative with ingredients, and draw a lot of inspiration from food network cooking competition shows.

1. In one word how would your friends describe you?

Caring. I enjoy spending time building into friends and family, serving, etc. My friends all know that they can call me in a pinch and I'll be there.

2. What is playing on your radio, iPod, etc?

Lately I've been loving me some Hillsong Young & Free, Tom Petty, OAR, and Rodrigo Y Gabriela on Pandora. If radio, I'm most likely to be tuned in to Moody.

3. Who is the person who has had the biggest impact on your life?

Probably my mother. I spent most of my formative years with her as a single mom. She worked hard and showed me a kind, caring, and sacrificial love.

4. Your last meal on earth would be where?

At my dad's house: eating his homemade smoked ribs with sweet potato fries and then some sort of ice cream concoction.

5. What is one thing you love about Mission?

The biblically-centered messages and the culture of authentic community.
